Clinic is seeking a professional, dependable, friendly, and highly organized Front Desk Medical Assistant (MA) to join our growing team.

This is a dual front-office and clinical-support position. The ideal candidate provides exceptional customer service, communicates professionally, works well in a fast-paced medical environment, and understands the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and an excellent patient experience.

Responsibilities
Front Desk & Administrative
  • Greet and check patients in and out in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and manage incoming telephone calls
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
