Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service to club members and guests.
• Maintain Front Desk staff schedules and coverage.
• Answer telephones and emails professionally.
• Check in members and guests effectively.
• Sell products and services at the front desk.
• Address member and guest issues professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk.
• Complete staff timesheets for payroll.
• Communicate company information to staff.
• Create contact trees for the Front Desk staff.

Education
