Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Front Desk/Lessons Coordinator for SafeSplash, the nation’s largest swim school in Knoxville, TN. You will support reception duties, assist customers with class rescheduling, and help organize children for smooth transitions between sessions.

The role is part-time with early-evening and weekend availability. Training is provided, and the position offers flexible hours with opportunities to train as an instructor for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience (hospitality, restaurant, retail, call center, etc.). is a plus
• Experience working with children
• Must be willing to train as an instructor for emergency situations

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone and assist customers with rescheduling or rebooking classes
• Organize children for efficient transitions between class times
• Work with Swim Instructors and Lifeguards to ensure lessons run smoothly
