Job summary

SafeSplash + SwimLabs is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to greet clients, manage appointments, and handle payments. You’ll maintain a welcoming lobby, assist with retail sales, and ensure smooth daily operations at our swim school locations.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, multitasking abilities, and experience with scheduling software. Flexible availability including some evenings and weekends is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet visitors and manage inquiries efficiently.
• Experience using scheduling software and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors; direct them appropriately.
• Manage appointments, scheduling classes, and client payments.
• Maintain reception area and lobby cleanliness.
• Handle retail sales and product information.
• Update client communications and event postings.
• Assist with donations and special events as needed.
• Support team with supplies, inventory, and front desk duties.
