Job summary

SafeSplash Swim School is hiring a Front Desk/Lessons Coordinator in Alaska. The role involves greeting families, managing phone inquiries, and coordinating class scheduling to ensure smooth transitions between sessions.

As part of the nation’s largest swim school, you’ll work closely with instructors and lifeguards, support training, and help create a positive, safety-focused environment for children and families.

Qualifications

• Passion for children and families
• Exceptional customer service
• Red Cross Lifeguard certification and CPR/AED (training offered on-site)
• Experience working with children
• Complete SafeSplash curriculum training within 30 days
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Willing to train as instructor for emergencies

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist customers with rescheduling or rebooking
• Coordinate transitions between classes for children
• Work with instructors and lifeguards to keep lessons running smoothly
• Support front desk operations and enrollment processes
