Emler Swim & Gym in Frisco, TX is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to welcome families and guide enrollment, payments, and schedules. You’ll support swim instructors and help kids feel excited when they arrive, with a positive, energetic presence.

Set evening and weekend shifts, with opportunities for cross-training as a swim instructor. We offer paid training, growth in customer service and leadership, and a welcoming team focused on safety and fun.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, organized communicator.
• Able to guide families through enrollment and scheduling.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to stay on feet and be active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel at home.
• Manage student enrollments and process payments.
• Answer questions and assist parents with lesson schedules and registrations.
• Learn swim curriculum to confidently guide families through the process.
• Support swim instructors and maintain a well-organized front desk.
