Lunula is a neighborhood nail salon in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, focused on thoughtful nail care and genuine hospitality. We are seeking a Front Desk Lead/Assistant Manager to welcome guests and keep operations smooth.

You will manage appointments, assist with guest outreach, support the technician team, monitor supplies, and help lead promotional efforts while growing into greater leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or guest service is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to manage schedules, appointments and staff coordination.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, create a warm, professional experience and handle concerns.
• Manage appointments, calls, checkout and daily front desk operations.
• Support rebooking, guest outreach and follow-up on cancellations.
• Coordinate with technicians and maintain salon presentation and inventory.
• Assist with promotions, content and salon projects.
• Take initiative to ensure important details are not overlooked.
