Vivmark Residential in New York is seeking a Concierge to lead our front desk operations from 3pm to 11pm, delivering hospitality-grade service and greeting residents and prospects. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency (GED) required.
• 1+ years of related experience in a hotel, retail or restaurant preferred.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Mobility to walk the property and maneuver packages/deliveries.

• Manage front desk operations and greet residents and prospects.
• Monitor foot traffic and maintain customer service standards.
