Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated Concierge to lead our front desk team and elevate the resident experience in Long Island City. The role focuses on exceptional customer service, coordinating with leasing and maintenance, and implementing programs to boost resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year related experience in hotel, retail or restaurant preferred.
• Proficient with administrative software and Microsoft Office.
• Mobility to walk the property and maneuver packages/deliveries.
