Grand Canyon National Park Lodges is seeking a Guest Service Assistant Manager to join the Lodging team at the South Rim. You will manage the front office operations in the absence of the Guest Service Manager and deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out using Opera.

This role also involves supervising Bell staff, coaching front desk team, and ensuring adherence to park and company policies. We offer full-time, year-round employment with on-site housing and a competitive hourly

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office operations, including Opera front office software.

Responsibilities

• Operate front office in the absence of the Guest Service Manager to ensure quality guest service.
• Train front desk staff and provide coaching to front desk team.
• Assist in upselling and managing room blocks to optimize occupancy.
• Handle guest issues with discretion and professional communication.
• Maintain smooth front desk operations and cash handling procedures.
