Xanterra Travel Collection is hiring a Guest Service Assistant Manager to lead the front office at Grand Canyon National Park Lodges. You will supervise front desk operations, assist with check-in/check-out using Opera PMS, and ensure exceptional guest experiences at the south rim.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office with Opera front office software.
• Ability to train front desk staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate front office in the absence of the Guest Service Manager to ensure guest service.
• Supervise Bell staff, Guest Service Agents, and Lead Agents.
• Assist in check-in/check-out using Opera PMS.
• Handle guest complaints discreetly and adjust accounts when warranted.
• Maintain front desk operations to uphold hospitality standards.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure accurate account handling.
