Xanterra Travel Collection at Grand Canyon National Park Lodges is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead lodging operations on the south rim. You will oversee housekeeping functions, ensure guest room cleanliness, and maintain safety and standards.

The role requires two years of supervisory experience in housekeeping, staff training, and strong communication. A background in labor budgeting and proficiency with Outlook/Word and Kronos is valued.

Qualifications

• Two years of housekeeping management/supervisory experience.
• Two years of training entry-level employees.
• Proven ability to lead and maintain morale; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong listening and responsiveness to employees and guests.
• Analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs (Outlook/Word); Kronos knowledge desirable.
• Ability to perform all housekeeping positions and physical requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage housekeeping staff to achieve cleanliness and product quality.
• Prepare employee schedules and manage labor costs within budget.
• Coordinate inventories for linens and supplies.
• Ensure security of company and guest property.
• Communicate with other departments and guests.
