Qualifications

• Two years of housekeeping managerial/supervisory operations experience.
• Two years’ experience in training entry level employees.
• Demonstrated ability to direct, supervise and maintain morale among staff; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must meet physical requirements and work in a high-elevation environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage housekeeping functions of lodging unit to company standards.
• Lead and manage housekeeping staff toward cleanliness and product quality.
• Manage employee performance through training, coaching, and reviews.
• Coordinate schedules and control labor costs within budgeted amounts.
• Ensure security of company and guest property and enforce safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with other departments and guests.
