Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Lead at our El Paso property. The role includes greeting and registering guests, supervising front desk operations, and providing outstanding service while maximizing occupancy and revenue.

You will train new front desk agents and may perform front desk agent duties as needed. Responsibilities include managing reservations, check-ins/outs, and coordinating with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Experience in a hotel or related field, especially with leadership experience, is favored.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to multi-task and solve problems under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, provide outstanding guest service during stay, and settle accounts.
• Train Front Desk Agents and lead by example in daily operations.
• Maintain high standards of appearance, efficiency, and courtesy in all guest interactions.
• Handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and front desk communications using the hotel system.
• Communicate effectively with guests, associates, and other departments.
