Job summary

Movement is seeking Front Desk Opener/Closer team members in Dallas to welcome members and guests, start their climb or class experience, and guide them into Movement’s community.

Leaders will convey amenities, benefits, and current promotions while performing check-ins, transactions, and product assistance. This role emphasizes service, safety, and a team-first mindset with occasional evening/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members and guests.
• Be a guide: create a welcoming, knowledgeable presence.
• Invite members into the community and guide them to products and programs.
• Explain amenities, member benefits, and perks; promote programs.
• Check-in guests and conduct transactions; assist with retail.
• Provide belay checks, floor walks, monitor gym, address safety concerns.
• Assist with facility upkeep and cleaning tasks.
• Instruct introductory climbing classes (training provided).
