Movement is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor in Fort Worth to lead daily desk operations and provide an exceptional member experience. You will supervise a desk team, greet members, run tours, and educate guests on memberships, products, and promotions.

The role emphasizes service excellence, coaching teammates, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. Evening/weekend availability and passion for climbing/yoga/fitness are valued in this community-oriented gym.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service to members and guests.
Be a guide and provide a welcoming, knowledgeable presence in all interactions.
Get to know members and guests and proactively guide them to products and programs.
Speak knowledgeably about amenities, member benefits, and programs that make Movement special.
Execute front desk supervisor duties: greet members, conduct tours, educate on products and promotions.
Check people in and conduct transactions, assist with retail sales.
Perform facility upkeep, safety checks, and cleaning tasks.
Instruct introductory climbing classes (training provided).
Train desk team members and supervise daily tasks and shifts.
