Responsibilities

• Process ROI requests accurately and timely.
• Fax, scan, and manage medical record requests.
• Burn medical images to CDs and share images electronically.
• Support client relations through professional communication.
• Assist with data entry and email tasks.
• Ensure HIPAA/privacy compliance and facility policies.
