Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Seattle is seeking a Front Desk Guide to ensure every guest’s experience is relaxing and effortless from arrival to departure. You will be part of a 24-hour operation, delivering courteous service and seamless support at the front desk.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of guest service experience, a welcoming presence, and the ability to work as part of a team. Bilingual skills are a plus and preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.

Responsibilities

About you

• Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
• Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

$23.50 per hour
