Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Hospitality or Customer Service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer guests’ requests and needs promptly.
• Resolve billing questions or concerns.
• Check hotel availability and assist with reservations.
• Attend daily line-ups to verify guest information.
• Check guests in and out, greet, and assign rooms.
• Handle front desk duties including phones and guest requests.
• Maintain inventory (movies, supplies, backstock).
• Prepare BEOs and assist Sales with groups when needed.
• Review daily reports and coordinate with Front Desk Team.
• Review guest profiles and reservations before arrival.
• Ensure correct charges for items; understand POS for gift shop.
