Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Bartender for Le Meridien Chicago - Oakbrook Center in Oak Brook, IL. You will serve drinks and food to guests, help with bar setup, and assist with cashier duties at the bar in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience as a Bartender.
• Food handler and TIPS certification (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Prepare beverages for other servers and act as cashier for the bar using the POS system.
• Maintain bar setup and stock, including garnishes, juices, and perishables, based on projections.
• Greet guests, take and document drink orders, garnish and present drinks, and ensure portion control.
