Hotel Avail, A Tapestry Collection By Hilton, Rogers Arkansas is seeking an energetic guest services professional to join our front desk team. As a Guest Services Representative, you will showcase your customer service skills and create memorable guest experiences in a fun, fast-paced environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Preferred 1 year of customer service experience.
Minimum 1 year in hotel experience or a related degree.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.
Be a guest advocate by responding to requests and concerns with urgency and empathy.
Process payments for guests and make necessary changes/updates to their accounts.
Enter and update reservation information in the system.
Collaborate with other departments to communicate information about room availability and status.
Maintain the front desk ensuring the area is clean, welcoming, and organized.
