Qualifications

• Preferred 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year in hotel experience or a related degree.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies PEACH.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities change frequently.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and provide outstanding service.
• Respond to guest requests with urgency and empathy.
• Process payments and update guest accounts as needed.
• Enter and update reservation information in the system.
• Collaborate with other departments to communicate room availability and status.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk area.
