Job summary

CCMC in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a friendly front desk professional to welcome residents and guests, manage phones, and handle daily cashier duties. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to grow within a community-focused organization.

You will open and close the Community Center, check in attendees for events, process registrations and payments, and support the Membership Coordinator with administrative tasks while upholding CCMC's standards of service and integrity.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service experience with basic cash handling.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Managing front desk operations.
• Greeting and assisting guests, answering phones, and directing calls.
• Opening and closing the Community Center as shift requires.
• Checking in members and guests to ensure planned use of facilities.
• Registering residents for special events and collecting payment.
• Assisting the Membership Coordinator with administrative duties.
• Enforcing policies and procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and inviting front desk environment.
