Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager on Duty as needed.
• Answer and respond to guests' calls and needs.
• Check-ins and check-outs with proper welcome packets and room assignment.
• Review daily reports with Front Desk Agents for accuracy.
• Create and maintain Front Desk communication as the central hub.
• Support billing and guest charges; resolve disputes.
