Job summary

Blackberry Mountain in Walland, TN is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage reservations, handle questions, and support daily front desk operations. Ideal candidates are well-spoken, solution-focused, and eager to build a career with a hospitality leader.

You will work nights and weekends, maintain accurate guest profiles, assist with check-in/check-out, and coordinate with the sales team on groups. Proficiency with MS Office and OPERA is preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years of hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to guests' requests promptly.
• Resolve billing questions or concerns.
• Check hotel availability and assist with reservations.
• Check guests in and out and provide welcome packets.
• Handle front desk duties including phones and guest requests.
• Maintain inventory of front desk supplies and backstock.
• Assist Sales with groups by preparing BEOs and group packets.
• Review daily reports and ensure information is correct.
• Ensure guests are charged correctly for items purchased.
• Understand point of sale operations for the gift shop.
