Job summary

Blackberry Mountain is seeking a Lodging Supervisor to lead daily Front Desk and Guest Services operations in Walland, TN. The role involves handling guest questions, coordinating check-ins/outs, and guiding the Guest Services team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred and 1–2 years in hospitality or customer service. Proficiency in Windows applications is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of Hospitality or customer service experience.
• Computer skills in Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Desk and Guest Services operations.
• Assist Manager on Duty as needed.
• Answer guest questions and resolve concerns.
• Check-ins and check-outs, including room assignments and welcome packets.
• Review daily reports with Front Desk Agents to ensure accuracy.
• Provide ongoing training for Front Desk staff.
• Monitor guest profiles and reservations before arrival.
• Understand guest charges and manage billing disputes.
• Coordinate with Gift Shop and incidental charges.
• Support other departments to meet guest needs.
• Assign daily tasks to Guest Services team; assist with departures/arrivals.
