Job summary

Talentify in West Virginia is hiring a receptionist for our nursing center, providing a friendly, professional first impression for patients, families, and staff. You will manage calls, greet visitors, handle mail, and keep patient/resident directories up to date.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, excellent communication, and proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. The schedule is 8am–8pm, with benefits and opportunities for growth within our community.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English to support patient safety.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously and redirect them appropriately.
• Warmly welcome, greet and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
• Maintain current lists of patients/residents by name/room number and employees by names/phone extension.
• Order supplies and performs other clerical duties as assigned.
