AC Hotel Portsmouth, a Colwen Hotels Property, is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team. You will register guests, make reservations, and inform guests about the local area and hotel services.

Requirements include one year of related experience in hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a 7-day rotating schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. On-site location in Portsmouth, NH.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience, hotel preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Familiarity with local area and ability to provide directions and maps.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk and assist guests with inquiries and other needs during pre-arrival, registration, stay, checkout, and post-departure.
• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Manage front desk operations and ensure timely check-in/check-out.
