Sage Hospitality Group is hiring a Front Desk Agent for the Homewood Suites by Hilton Washington DC Capitol-Navy Yard in Washington, DC. The role handles guest check-ins/outs, reservations, and inquiries with a focus on accuracy and friendly service.

Requirements include high school diploma, English fluency, strong cash handling, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced lobby environment. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have high school graduate level mathematical aptitude and cash handling knowledge.
• Experience dealing with the public and good customer service skills are required.
• Must be fluent in oral and written English.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and stay organized in a busy lobby.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in procedures daily using manual and computerized methods.
• Handle check-out, close guest accounts, and prepare rooms for the next sale.
• Manage cash transactions with accuracy and provide timely hotel charges.
• Answer inquiries, take reservations, and communicate hotel rates clearly.
• Maintain guest relations with knowledge of in-house events and local activities.
• Operate PBX to handle calls, wake-ups, and guest paging.
• Protect funds and manage own bank per hotel policy.
