Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the Front Desk in a courteous manner.
• Operate PBX console and maintain hotel standards.
• Answer inquiries about services, facilities and hours.
• Handle guest check-ins and checkouts efficiently.
• Balance shift paperwork and manage cash handling per policy.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel promotions and packages.
• Support guest services and respond to requests promptly.
