Job summary

Cambria Fort Worth is seeking a friendly Part-Time Guest Service Agent to be the welcoming face at the front desk. You’ll assist guests from check-in to check-out, share local recommendations, and ensure a warm, efficient experience.

The role requires a High School diploma and 3–6 months of related experience. You’ll handle guest requests, manage cash and basic property management system tasks, and stand or walk much of the shift while maintaining a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 3–6 months of related experience preferred.
• Be a people-person with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Interact with guests and team members politely and efficiently at all times.
