Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–6 months of related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, move around and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the front desk and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
• Provide local knowledge about restaurants, entertainment and events.
• Handle guest requests professionally and accurately, using the PMS and databases.
• Maintain a welcoming and efficient front desk atmosphere.
