Job summary

Hilton Frontenac in Saint Louis, MO seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations and daily front desk operations. You will guide staff to deliver outstanding service with a friendly, professional approach.

The role focuses on second shift (3pm–11pm) and requires strong communication, cash handling and knowledge of hotel services to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and register them into the computer.
• Accept payment for guests' accounts at registration and checkout; manage house bank.
• Issue keys and control entrance of safety deposit boxes; post charges as requested.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints and resolve issues.
• Answer calls promptly; assist with reservations, check-ins and check-outs.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide local area information.
• Adhere to procedures, assist other departments, and back up Night Audit as needed.
