Job summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for the Hilton Frontenac in Saint Louis, MO. The role focuses on delivering warm, knowledgeable service during the 3pm–11pm shift, weekends included, guiding guest check-ins, handling payments and maintaining security and accuracy in reservations.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma and prior experience with major hotel brands, plus strong communication and computer skills to support exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Must have basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them into the computer, verify reservations and payments.
• Process payments and maintain a house bank; handle deposits and receipts.
• Issue keys and manage safety deposit boxes; post charges as requested.
• Promptly respond to and resolve guest complaints.
• Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs and luggage; use guest names.
• Promote the guest loyalty program and upsell rooms and hotel amenities.
• Provide local area knowledge and information about hotel services.
• Follow company SOPs and assist other departments when needed.
