Job summary

Sevenclans’ hotel front desk position in Newkirk, OK is a full-time, on-site role focused on guest check-in/out and delivering outstanding service. You will act as the information center for guests, maintain knowledge of hotel offerings, and support shift activities under supervision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests efficiently at the front desk.
• Serve as information center for hotel guests.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and policies.
• Assist with shift activities under supervisor guidance.
• Mentor new hires as needed.
• Ensure guest satisfaction while following regulations.
