Job summary

Choctaw Casinos & Resorts in Cartwright, OK is seeking a Spa Front Desk Associate to welcome guests, answer questions about spa services and products, and help ensure the Choctaw Experience. You report to the Spa Supervisor.

You will handle payments, manage reservations, check equipment and supplies, and assist guests with directions or contact information, while maintaining brand standards and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Receive payments for goods and services and account for money; reconcile daily sales, deposits, and receipts.
• Submit all paperwork and financial reporting following policy.
• Develop and maintain accurate department maintenance procedures and checklists.
• Maintain a monthly inventory of supplies and products.
• Become knowledgeable about the facility and its amenities to communicate with members or guests.
• Greet each guest with a smile and direct eye contact.
• Assist members and guests by offering to make reservations and look up phone numbers.
• Check equipment, locker rooms, gift shop stocks, inventory; ensure coverage when needed.
• Inform colleagues of important information at shift end; maintain staff communication book.
• Inform facility manager of any member, guest, or facility issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

The Spa Front Desk answers phone calls promptly, greet every guest in a welcoming manner, and assist guests with questions regarding spa services and products to ensure the “Choctaw Experience” for members and guests by maintaining the Choctaw Brand Standards. You will report to the Spa Supervisor.

Primary Tasks

• You will assist members and guests by offering to make reservations, find directions, look up phone numbers.
• Use time throughout shift by checking equipment, locker rooms, gift shop stocks, inventory. Ensure coverage when it’s necessary to leave the area.
• You will inform co-worker(s) of important information at the end of the shift. Maintain and update staff communication book.
• Inform facility manager of any member, guest, or facility issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
