Responsibilities

• Serve as the happy, helpful face of our hotel to guests entering and departing the front door.
• Ensure exceptional experiences for diverse team members and guests.
• Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous manner and handle front desk tasks.
• Assist with breakfast and Kickback service, including setup and guest service.
• Maintain high integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture.
• Provide courteous guest service with a +1 Service attitude and support guest needs.
