Job summary

Sunrise Chevrolet Buick GMC at Collierville is seeking a friendly receptionist to greet customers, answer phones, and route inquiries. You will page employees, transfer calls, and take messages to ensure the right people are informed promptly.

Maintain the showroom desk and support a positive customer experience in a fast-paced automotive environment. Other duties as assigned will be performed as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls according to company policies and in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
• Page employees who are requested by customer either in person or via telephone.
• Transfer phone calls to appropriate parties promptly and accurately.
• Take phone messages when needed and ensure they are received by the appropriate person.
• Greet and assist all customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and showroom.
• Other duties as assigned.
