Job summary

Hireology in the United States Tennessee dealership is seeking a friendly receptionist to support daily operations. You will answer phones, greet customers, and relay messages to departments as needed.

Responsibilities include scanning documents, posting driver sheets, mailing birthday cards, and handling cashier duties for Service, Parts, and Sales. The role requires attention to detail and reliable office support using V-Auto.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly front-desk service and greet customers.
• Answer phones and relay messages to departments as needed.
• Accurately scan documents and file records.
• Maintain organization of office supplies and mail.
• Operate basic cashier duties and process payments.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone for the dealership and taking messages for each department if needed.
• Greet all customers as they come in.
• Make coffee, keep up with all coffee bar supplies
• Scan Service documents as well as Office Documents
• Daily task on V-Auto : mail out Birthday cards to previous customers
• Post daily driver sheets and pay them every Thursday
• Post daily Gas tickets
• Cashier for Service, Parts and take down payments for the sales department
• Keep up with the monthly Birthday's and Anniversary's of the Employees and Set up for that months cake and picture.
