Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping, hotel, hospitality, or cleaning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of guestroom cleaning standards and sanitation practices preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, teammates, and leadership.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and clean guest rooms to Coury Hospitality standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and refreshing amenities.
• Replace linens, towels, and supplies and ensure details are completed before guest arrival.
• Inspect rooms for improvements and readiness for occupancy.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways and restrooms.
• Respond to guest requests politely and helpfully and deliver items as needed.
• Communicate guest concerns and service opportunities to the Housekeeping Supervisor or department.
• Maintain organized housekeeping carts, storage areas, equipment, and supplies.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures and collaborate with other departments.
