Responsibilities

• Uses the reservation system and processes bookings, cancellations, and group arrivals.
• Resolves guest issues to ensure satisfaction and smooth operations.
• Processes guest payments per procedures, including cash handling and card authorizations.
• Communicates with other hotel departments to support special requests and maintenance needs.
