Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of a shift.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
• Utilize reservation system, take reservations, and apply cancellation policies.
• Resolve guest challenges and ensure satisfaction.
• Process payments with proper cash handling and credit card authorizations.
• Coordinate with other departments to support guest requests and maintenance needs.
