Job summary

Holiday Inn & Express Suites Morris is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide world-class front desk service, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries while ensuring accurate billing and smooth hotel operations. The role requires flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and strong customer service skills.

The successful candidate will greet guests, handle reservations, process transactions, and maintain communication with shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service or hotel experience preferred; IHG experience helpful.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during check-in/check-out and ensure satisfaction with billing.
• Process reservations and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
• Coordinate with other shifts via front desk log book to maintain smooth operations.
• Answer guest inquiries and promote hotel services; manage wake-up calls and internal communications.
• Maintain professional appearance and assist guests and team members as required.
