The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, solid computer skills, and the ability to handle cash accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Demonstrate good computer skills.
• Accurately handle cash and post charges.
• Hotel front desk experience preferred but not required.
• Spanish language skills a plus.
• Must pass Alcohol Compliance Certification within 3 months.
• Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Time management and strong guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register/check-in guests; assign rooms.
• Respond to guest inquiries with accuracy and a positive attitude.
• Handle check-out processes efficiently.
• Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, and directions.
• Answer calls, retrieve mail/faxes, and process packages.
• Promote hotel amenities and services to guests.
