Job summary

SPS North America Inc. is seeking a polished Receptionist to be the first point of contact, creating a 5-star guest experience. You will greet visitors, route calls, issue badges, and support events and facilities while maintaining a pristine reception area.

This full-time onsite role offers growth within Corporate Operations, with compensation that reflects experience and location, plus a comprehensive benefit package and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of professional experience (Reception, Concierge, or High-end Retail/Hospitality strongly preferred).
• Physical ability to move around, lift up to 40 lbs.
• Punctual and reliable with assigned work hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly, log guests, and enforce security protocols.
• Route global calls with discretion and professionalism.
• Issue badges and manage access control.
• Cross-train in Mail Services, Hospitality, and Facilities Support.
• Set up meetings, arrange catering and AV equipment and keep the reception area tidy.
