Job summary

MGM Resorts International's Borgata in Atlantic City is seeking a Front Desk Representative to welcome guests and create WOW moments throughout their stay. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, balance cash transactions, promote M life benefits, and coordinate with housekeeping to meet guest requests.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of face-to-face guest service experience, with flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• 1+ year of face-to-face guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide memorable service.
• Manage check-ins/check-outs and walk-ins; assist with early/late arrivals.
• Promote M life enrollment and benefits where appropriate.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and related departments to meet guest expectations.
• Handle payments and balance daily cash and card transactions.
• Issue keys securely and maintain guest privacy and security.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
