Qualifications

• 6+ months of prior cash handling experience preferred.
• 1+ year of front desk/guest service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the property and MGM Resorts family with memorable service and resolve complaints aligned with SHOW basics.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs, including early/late arrivals and walk-ins.
• Promote M Life enrollment and benefits to guests.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest requests.
• Ensure correct charges are posted, collect payments, and balance cash transactions.
• Protect guest privacy and keys while ensuring a relaxed, hassle-free experience.
