Emler Swim & Gym in Frisco, TX is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to welcome families and guide enrollment, payments, and schedules. You’ll support swim instructors and help kids feel excited when they arrive, with a positive, energetic presence.

Set evening and weekend shifts, with opportunities for cross-training as a swim instructor. We offer paid training, growth in customer service and leadership, and a welcoming team focused on safety and fun.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greeting customers with a smile and helping them feel at home
• Managing student enrollments, processing payments, and keeping things organized
• Answering questions and supporting parents with lesson schedules and registrations
• Learning our swim curriculum so you can confidently guide families through the process
• Using creativity and empathy to solve customer challenges with a can-do attitudeWorking a consistent schedule that includesevenings and weekends
• Staying active on the job - think of it as your gym replacement! You will be on your feet, moving, and occasionally lifting merchandise or equipment

• Great hours for students and part-timers
• Want extra hours or variety in your day? You will get priority for extra shifts if you are open to cross-training as a swim instructor!

Pay Range

USD $13.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
