Responsibilities

• Train with an experienced mentor to learn our swim instruction methods.
• Teach weekly lessons and celebrate student milestones.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with students and parents.
• Maintain top safety around the pool and in classes.
• Be active on your feet and in the water during shifts.
• Teach classes for ages 6 months to 12 years.
