Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to support daily operations and uphold the property’s standards of service and cleanliness.

You will work under the Housekeeping Management to ensure exceptional guest experiences, oversee routine tasks, and participate in quality assurance initiatives while maintaining safety and professionalism on the casino floor and guest areas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
• Must possess good knowledge of computers.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must possess excellent time management skills.
• Must be willing and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends.
• Must be mobile in order to visit guest rooms, storage areas, offices and other spaces.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Housekeeping Department functions to established Hard Rock property and brand standards.
• Supervise the property’s Hotel Housekeeping Department in all daily operations with assistance from housekeeping management.
• Assist guests and assist management, solicit feedback and adapt internal procedures accordingly.
• Implement systems that help anticipate the needs of our guests and improve performance with action plans.
• Work with Hard Rock standards and develop property-specific standards for quality, value, and presentation of room product.
• Ensure integration and teamwork for the department in a positive environment.
• Participate in quality assurance programs and help Housekeeping achieve a top-tier rating.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Attend training and meetings as required.
• Report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and maintain personal appearance standards.
